Modes of Payment
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express). PayU is our third-party payment gateway.
Orders process quickly and we strive to ship out all orders within 1 business day; however, that varies daily according to order volume. Please allow for up to 3-5 business days for shipment of your package, once it has been processed. Customised/Personalised orders may take longer as mentioned by us while confirming the order.
Ordered Package delivery timeline varies according to the volume of the product and your location. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Please note we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 5000.
For orders Rs.1001 < Rs.5000, we charge Rs.200 as shipping & handling charges.
For orders below Rs.1000, we charge Rs.100 as shipping & handling charges.

Returns and Exchange
Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged. The damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Ihearthomez within 24 hours of its receipt for us to help you with it. Ihearthomez holds the sole discretion to determine an ideal resolution of the same.
